He has written in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, National Review, and many other newspapers and magazines. Tim has appeared on CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, CNBC, and PBS NewsHour. Tim and his wife Katie raise six children in the Washington, DC, area.
