Top tracks: “Here Beneath the Cross,” “How Deep the Father’s Love”

Kelly Minter is no stranger to Christian music, having recorded an accomplished independent discography and written songs for a diverse roster of artists like Joy Williams and Sandi Patty. But with Introducing, Minter officially makes her mark as a worship leader. Featuring a Who’s Who of Worship Songwriters, the six-song EP features co-writes with genre staple Matt Maher and modern-day hymnist Stuart Townend, whose popular “How Deep the Father’s Love” is included as one of two dynamic live cuts—easily Minter’s strongest venue. That “live” vibe remains on the four studio cuts, creating an amenable flow and while allowing Minter’s leading skills to shine.
