As a new year dawns, opportunities for reflection are many. Some are looking around their homes filled with new toys and gifts wondering if it’s time for a few weeks of decluttering. Others are looking back on a year that held more pain than joy, praying that the new year brings peace.
Some are sad to see another 365 days slip by, others eager for what’s to come.
Wherever we find our hearts and minds as we travel into 2026, may we remember that the same God who has held all things together for each year past will do so in the year to come as well. And may we take the time to remember how his presence was made plain to us in the 12 months gone by, trusting that we will see him still in the days ahead of us.
