Ingrid Delgado is the national director of public policy and advocacy at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul USA, an organization that seeks to raise the profile of issues such as homelessness and protection for the most vulnerable. She previously worked for the US. Conference of Catholic Bishops as associate director of government relations and, before then, as a domestic policy advisor.
