Secretary of State Marco Rubio addresses the Munich Security Conference, calling Europe to a “new Western century.” The New York Times reports 57 cases of measles at a Catholic college in Florida and 50 students quarantined at a SBC-affiliated university in South Carolina due to a separate outbreak. And, NBC host Savannah Guthrie pleads for her mother’s release two weeks after she went missing.
