Sara J. Moulton Reger

Sara J. Moulton Reger is a management consultant who specializes in organizational change management, culture transformation, governance, and leadership. Sara has been a management consultant since 1988 and working for IBM since 1995. Currently, she is a transformation program executive leading the governance, culture, organizational change work for an IBM global transformation program. Sara has an MBA, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and also certified in the field of Organizational Change Management.

Sara has published on a variety of topics including business culture, business complexity, governance, e-business, communications, project risk management, change management, quality, and financial management. Her book Can Two Rights Make a Wrong? Insights from IBM's Tangible Culture Approach documents an innovative approach to business culture challenges that is being used by IBM for its own business and its clients. Sara is also writing a series of books about business principles from the Bible to be published beginning in 2009.

Sara lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband Steve and their keeshond dogs Racee and Roscoe. Sara enjoys music, photography, and is a self-professed "wannabe" archeologist. She can be reached at www.TangibleCulture.com.
