Sherryl Stone

Sherryl Stone is the senior pastor's wife at Ginger Creek Community Church in Aurora, Illinois. Most recently, Sherryl collaborated with a therapist and a psychologist to develop a peer counseling and training ministry, called the Guidance Support Ministry, at Ginger Creek. Sherryl is also a part of the Sunday morning teaching team. She holds a bachelor's degree in Bible studies from Mississippi College, and a master's degree in religious education from Southwestern Seminary in Texas.

Sherryl is the mother to three children: Heather (24), Josh (23), and Tiffany (20). She and her family have survived many faith-stretching challenges, including Tiffany's brain tumor and chronic illnesses, as well as Heather's intense teenage rebellion. Sherryl wrote the "Mom to Mom" sections of the book co-authored by her husband and daughter entitled Daughters Gone Wild; Dads Gone Crazy.
