Though he's already released an unplugged CD and DVD, Live is technically Jeremy Camp's first full-fledged concert recording, taking fans from his worshipful beginnings through more recent territory. Essentially a snapshot of last year's Speaking Louder Than Before tour, it finds Camp in bellowing vocal form, backed by an ultra-tight band that thickens several of the studio arrangements with modern rock aggression. The project also reads like a page-by-page view of Camp's diary, from initial wrestling over the tragic loss of his first wife to finding love again and embracing fatherhood.
