Andy Stanley & Rick Warren: Compare and Despair

In a culture full of celebrity pastors, it is easy to compare yourself to others, but Rick Warren says it's a terrible mistake.

Comparing yourself to those doing better leads to discouragement, and comparing yourself to those doing worse leads to pride. Warren's simple advice, "Don't do it!" Instead we should "never stop learning." A humble leader can learn from anyone, says Warren. And Stanley adds, "There is no point in not learning everything you can from the men God has put right in front of us." It may save us years of frustration.
