Style: Emotive worship/pop; compare to Sara Groves, Francesca Battistelli, Rosie Thomas
Top tracks: "This Is the Day," "All We Need," "Children of God"
Somewhere between worshipful and self-reflective, Scott's music is contentedly contemplative. Though none of the songs are corporate-friendly enough to be sung at a Sunday morning service, they are all constructed around strong biblical themes. Some of Scott's music is remarkably slow, to the point that it requires the listener to have some patience, but she's at her most dynamic when a little bit of instrumental quirkiness (synthesizers, jangly guitars, beat samples, etc.) is thrown into the more up-tempo tracks.
