After years of ministry, Tom Nelson realized he was missing the richness and seamlessness of the entire Bible, from creation (Genesis) to consummation (Revelation). He realized he had spent the majority of his time equipping people for what they do the minority of their lives, and not addressing a faith/work theology as found in the Bible. Choosing to submit to the conviction of the Holy Spirit, he stood before his congregation, admitting failure through theological and clergy malpractice. From that point forward, the church culture has been revitalized and transformed.
