Every person has the opportunity to pastor.

If we only affirm certain "sacred" callings (e.g. missions, vocational pastoring, institutional church work), we run the risk of demeaning "secular" professions as well as inadvertently encouraging people to choose vocations based on the esteem they will receive rather than following God's calling.
