Lou Huesmann: Only Part of Your Identity is Work

Lou and his congregation have sought to be a community that intentionally asks questions, rather than to be a community that feels like they know all the answers. Their community particularly leans into ask, "what does it mean to be human?" Being human is not solely about your work, but your identity as a human goes beyond it. Lou explains that work is just one piece of what it means to be human, so the church can all share together how each person sees the world differently as they do their various crafts.
