Style: Teen pop; compare to Britt Nicole, Rachael Lampa, Selena Gomez, Charice
Top tracks: "Even Here," "You Must Love Me," "Ready and Waiting"
The 16-year-old daughter of author/pastor/speaker Francis Chan is no stranger to the spotlight, and Go is a confident freshman effort thanks to mature vocals, fine pop production, and songs likely to connect with her peer group. She co-wrote (along with producer Dave Lubben) all ten tunes, which address typical teenage topics. Some of the tracks sound too adult contemporary for her intended audience, but there's still enough musical and lyrical relevance to get her career off the ground.
